AMV Contest

Want to make a montage with your friends? Or got some favourite moments of the MSQ you want to highlight? Come join the LunarCon AMV Contest!

Rules:

  • Create your own original submission of an AMV for LunarCon.
  • Submissions must be no longer than 5 minutes in length.
  • You must not use any modifications to the game, this includes models, additional filters, poses or animations.
  • Post-production editing is encouraged in your video editing software such as colour correction, transitions and effects
  • All submissions must be original, and not released before the con. Any pre-existing AMVs will not be accepted.
  • Group and solo submissions are okay, but ensure only the group leader submits (i.e. One submission per group)
  • Videos must have a minimum resolution of 1280x720p and a maximum of 1920x1080p.
  • Music must be public-domain, DMCA and royalty free, OR ingame music from XIV itself
  • One entry per contestant. Please do not attempt to submit multiple works.
  • Warning: Performances must be in accordance with the Final Fantasy Material Usage License. As such, applications involving third party music within the license will be rejected.
  • Note that your entry may be used in future promotional material for LunarCon
